Due to abuse, drones and flood, Azzurra staff decided to ban some IP classes of ARIN block from their servers. Such classes are:
12.0.0.0/8 - AT&T Network
24.0.0.0/8 - ARIN - Cable Block
64.0.0.0/8 - XO Communication Network
65.0.0.0/8 - Sprint Network
66.0.0.0/8 - Sprint Network
67.0.0.0/8 - Qwest Communications Network
68.0.0.0/8 - Cox Network
Users connecting from the US/Canada, from the affected ISPs (Home (home.com), Road Runner (rr.com), Rogers (rogers.com), Adelphia (adelphia.net), Videotron (videotron.ca), etc) are encouraged to use irc.us.azzurra.org, as the only one Azzurra server permitting such classes. We strongly encourage the other US/Canada users to use the mentioned server, for performance reasons and just because we could ban other classes in the near future.

Causa abusi continui, droni, flood e quant'altro, lo staff di Azzurra ha deciso di bloccare l'accesso ad alcune classi del blocco IP ARIN. Le classi interessate del provvedimento sono:

Per tutti i nostri utenti USA/Canada che utilizzano cable provider come Home (home.com), Road Runner (rr.com), Rogers (rogers.com), Adelphia (adelphia.net), Videotron (videotron.ca), etc sono invitati ad utilizzare l'indirizzo irc.us.azzurra.org, unico server di Azzurra configurato per accettare connessioni dalle classi bloccate. Consigliamo tutti gli utenti USA/Canada, anche a quelli non interessati a questo provvedimento, di utilizzare il server irc.us.azzurra.org in quanto probabilmente nel prossimo futuro la lista delle classi IP bannate potrebbe estendersi.
