Rock Bands Sue Sony Music

Sony Music is being sued by rock bands Cheap Trick and The Allman Brothers Band for breach of contract. The bands claim they have been underpaid on the sale of songs over the internet.
The suite alleges that Sony has been treating sales through online services, like iTunes, as regular record sales rather than licenced music. As a result Sony has been deducting fees for packaging, restocking and breakage from online sales.
Currently songs usually sell online for $0.99, of which Sony gets around $0.70. The artist gets approximately $0.045. The bands are seeking to expand their case to a class action covering all artists signed between 1962 and 2002.

Però visto che si parla di Sony... occhio...Non masterizzate cd o dvd della sony...pare che insinuino nel pc un programmino che fonde l'hard disk..!!

Questa non la sapevo: come fa un programma a fondere l'hard disk?

In realtà di un programma che fonde l'hd non ne ho mai sentito parlare.
Si vocifera piuttosto di protezioni su cd|dvd in grado di danneggiare la lente(laser) del lettore.

Si l'ho sentito pure io...
ma tanto qui si gioka solo cn mp3 :P
